How's first life to be Engineering Clerk
Starting from a job in oil and gas, construction as a Clerk in the Engineering Department on 1995. The Power plant project was the biggest project at that time. It was very new for me to understand what kind of construction built up. All I have to learn about drawings, it was to hard to understand but I didn't give up my limited knowledge. The first I go to he drawing is date, number, status and revise. Base on this I go through another parts discipline of project. There we can found Civil, Structure, Piping, Architectural, HVAC, Blasting Painting, Electrical & Instrument and Commissioning. If I look at back my education from Accounting and I must learning all these technicality than finance. But I keep learned with seniors in that time. Message for younger generation. Whatever our education, we should never enaugh and accept any kind of work as long is still within our ability then just....do it.
